Easy Turkey Burger Meal Backstory
For some time, I have only had to cook for myself. I found it difficult to cook meals and enjoy my meals. So, I picked up the Jennie-O Frozen turkey burgers. You should be able to find the turkey burgers at your local grocery store. Anyway, I found that these are perfect for lunch or dinner. I also have started working out and I find that this turkey burger meal to be light after the workouts. I also find it is the perfect amount for one person. These turkey burgers are also quick and easy! Keep reading on to see how to make these turkey burgers!
ingredients
- Jennie-O Frozen Turkey Burgers
- Coconut Oil
- 1 Can of Mixed Veggies
- Hamburger Buns
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cajun Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Sliced Tomato, Onion, Ketchup, etc.

Equipment
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Pot
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Turkey Burger Patty
- 1 tbps Coconut Oil
- 1 Can of Mixed Veggies
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- 1 Sliced Onion
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Put a tbps of Coconut oil in a frying pan and let it melt.
- Put your turkey burger in the frying pan
- The turkey burgers I have say to let it cook for 9 mins on each side.
- Put the salt and pepper on both sides of the patty
- Put 1 tsp of Garlic powder on both sides
- Put 1 tbps of Cajun seasoning on both sides of the patty
- While this is cooking, get your canned mixed veggies and heat them up.
- With two mins left, put a slice of cheese on the patty
- Get your plate out
- Put the Turkey Burger on the hamburger bun and add a sliced tomato, onion, ketchup, etc.
