For some time, I have only had to cook for myself. I found it difficult to cook meals and enjoy my meals. So, I picked up the Jennie-O Frozen turkey burgers. You should be able to find the turkey burgers at your local grocery store. Anyway, I found that these are perfect for lunch or dinner. I also have started working out and I find that this turkey burger meal to be light after the workouts. I also find it is the perfect amount for one person. These turkey burgers are also quick and easy! Keep reading on to see how to make these turkey burgers!


  • Jennie-O Frozen Turkey Burgers
  • Coconut Oil
  • 1 Can of Mixed Veggies
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sliced Tomato, Onion, Ketchup, etc.

  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Pot
  • 1 Frying Pan


  • 1 Turkey Burger Patty
  • 1 tbps Coconut Oil
  • 1 Can of Mixed Veggies
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • Ketchup


  • Put a tbps of Coconut oil in a frying pan and let it melt.
  • Put your turkey burger in the frying pan
  • The turkey burgers I have say to let it cook for 9 mins on each side.
  • Put the salt and pepper on both sides of the patty
  • Put 1 tsp of Garlic powder on both sides
  • Put 1 tbps of Cajun seasoning on both sides of the patty
  • While this is cooking, get your canned mixed veggies and heat them up.
  • With two mins left, put a slice of cheese on the patty
  • Get your plate out
  • Put the Turkey Burger on the hamburger bun and add a sliced tomato, onion, ketchup, etc.
