Sometimes I do not feel like cooking. I am sure anyone can relate to feeling this way. Lately, I do not cook much. So, for lunch I warm up a Jimmy Dean Biscuit.
These biscuits have 15 grams of protein in them. If you did not know, I started a workout routine months ago. Protein is supposed to be good after your workouts. I like to workout for 30 minutes during my lunch and then warm up one of these biscuits.
